Our Vision

To create a more fashionable world for everyone.

Our Mission

To enable people around the world to access affordable fashion and lifestyle products easily, by leveraging technology, investing in a customer-centric agile supply chain and constantly innovating using the best talent.

Our Story

Great fashion and lifestyle products do not need to be expensive and difficult to access.

This was the fundamental idea devised in 2013 that continues to define our business and unite our employees. Our growth to over 24 countries, 8 languages and millions of customers is driven by core beliefs that we focus on relentlessly.

Our core beliefs

We believe in ...

From democratising fashion by deciding on products based on customer needs, to our passionate focus on every single customer interaction: Customers are the 'why' and 'because' for our business and we strive to innovate for and around them.

Making decisions now about potential trends 12 months later is an outdated approach. We live in a well-informed, digital society that expects access to the latest trends on demand. Agile retail enables new trends to be shipped out to customers in days, instead of quarters. The power of speed and agility also drives everything else that we do. We thrive on fast decisions and implementation.

Transparent communication is core to our DNA: Being open and honest with customers, employees and suppliers is an irrevocable principle of ours. We value direct communication and being close to customers & suppliers, and consider it the only way to flourish and improve. All of our decisions are based on the understanding that our company is here to stay, and create a better world in the process.

Technology has the power to improve lives of people around the globe. We invest in cutting edge technology to create better user experiences and products, while eliminating waste and inefficiencies.

Life is short and we want to make the most of the opportunities that were handed to us. That’s why we focus on solving big customer problems, fearlessly, with big solutions, and maintaining humility in success. We believe in being proactive and exude an 'anything-is-possible' attitude!

In a rapidly changing world, it’s the focus on continuous improvement that sets a company and its people apart. Expanding and strengthening our teams and investing in customer & supplier relationships is fundamental to business growth. To become bigger, we focus relentlessly on becoming better.

Being passionate and truly caring about what you do, and knowing why you do it, is the only way to achieve great results. We go above and beyond and make consistent efforts to create and preserve an amazing company culture, that sparks passion to start the day with a renewed sense of exictement, everyday!

What do we do?

1. We scout out the latest international trends just for you
2. We skip the middle-man and work together with the best factories in the world.
3. We offer you the latest fashion and lifestyle products at the best price.
4. Our speed runs throughout all our processes: from picking up on current trends to the final delivery to your door.

fair – global – direct

As a company, we operate at an international level - both within our team and with our business partners. We work directly with manufacturers and producers from all around the world, continually establishing new partnerships. Not only do our product ranges continue to grow, but the number of employees and collaborators as well.

We carefully select our partners, so that we can ensure consistently high standards in quality, price-performance ratio as well as being on the cusp of the latest trends.

Our established business relationships are built on mutual respect and trust, which is reflected in our fair production and working conditions.

Through direct cooperation without middlemen, we are able to make sure that each product is subject to strict quality controls. This direct collaboration saves unnecessary transport routes and thanks to our data based production planning, also prevents overproduction.

In May 2015 our Berlin headquarters received additional support from a second office based in the hub of the Chinese business metropolis Guangzhou. Located in the heart of a thriving commercial centre, our employees scout out the best production companies and distributors in Asia, establishing contact between them and the European market. The team regularly visits our manufacturing sites to ensure that our products are being made under fair conditions and internationally recognized social standards. A fundamental part of our corporate culture is a responsible relationship between man and nature. With this in mind our partners must adhere to a strictly asserted and legally binding code of conduct.

Employees in China and Berlin work closely together and despite the distance see themselves as part of a highly motivated team with a common mission and corporate ideology. Have a look below at what our employees and partners have to say about working at Lesara, what inspires them and what they like best about their job:

Code of Conduct

It is important to us, as an international company, that everyone who works with or for us is able to fully exercise their human and labour rights. This is why we created our ‘Code of Conduct’, which must be signed by each and every one of our international partners. It is imperative for us to ensure that our daily work and business practices are anchored in internationally recognised human rights and labour standards. The foundation of the Code of Conduct are the conventions of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and the United Nations standards. Although the cultural or political background of our business partners may differ from our own, we strongly believe in universal human rights, which must be respected and protected in all circumstances. Our own day-to-day behaviour reflects this, as we strive to lead by example. Any disregard of our Code, will result in repercussions and impact any future working relationships, and is basis for our cooperation with potential suppliers and their subcontractors. National jurisdiction is obviously applicable in all cases, independent of this Agreement.
